This "Privacy Policy" explains how Schedule Inventory ("Company" or "we") collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal data in connection with our application, Schedule Inventory, which helps merchants and businesses manage inventory availability and scheduling. This Privacy Policy does not apply to Company's privacy practices in any other context.

Company's processing of personal data in connection with our application is governed by this Privacy Policy and our agreements with users. In the event of any conflict between this Privacy Policy and a user agreement, the user agreement will control to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This Privacy Policy is not a substitute for any privacy policy that a user may be required to provide to their customers, personnel, or other individuals.

We do not collect personal information from merchants or users. However, the Schedule Inventory app does save schedule data on our secure servers to enable functionality such as data synchronization and backup. This schedule data includes:

  • Inventory availability timeframes
  • Category and item availability status

We do not collect or store personal information about merchants, their customers, or financial data. The schedule data is associated with your account using a unique identifier rather than personal information.

How We Use Schedule Data

The schedule data stored on our servers is used exclusively for:

  • Providing the core functionality of the Schedule Inventory app
  • Enabling access to your schedules across multiple devices
  • Backing up your schedule data to prevent loss
  • Improving the performance and reliability of the service

We do not analyze, mine, or use this data for marketing, advertising, or any purpose other than providing the Schedule Inventory service.

We retain your schedule data for as long as you maintain an active account with Schedule Inventory. If you delete your account, your schedule data will be removed from our servers within 30 days.
